Kendra was born and raised in Shad Bay, NS and currently resides in Prospect Bay.  She is a licensed Registered massage therapist, registered reflexologist  and a Reiki Master/teacher as well as an entrepreneur.  Kendra has been working in Prospect since 2006 when she graduated from ICT Northumberland, aiding in the health of its residents.  She has gone to great lengths to keep current in her field of expertise and tries to help others as much as she can with her knowledge. She has volunteered many hours as a therapist working for non-profit organizations, such as the Sunshine Room (QEII) working with cancer patients, with addiction clients at stay homes, the IWK and probone cases when needed.  When you combine Kendra's massage and reflexology expertise with her passion and experience, there is no doubt she will continue to bring years of wellness to her clients.  Kendra now offers cupping!

Natasha Gillam RMT


Originally from the “big land” of Labrador, Natasha moved to Nova Scotia in 2011 and currently resides in Terence Bay. Natasha graduated in 2014 from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy and is currently working toward her BSc in Biology at Saint Mary’s University. Natasha takes a holistic approach to treatment and enjoys treating a wide variety of conditions. She integrates a wide range of techniques including myofascial release, deep tissue therapy, sports massage, pregnancy massage and Swedish massage to provide the most effective treatments for her clients. With her clients Natasha addresses specialized home care to help her clients meet their individual needs both in the treatment and at home. As a former competitive gymnast and an avid nature enthusiast she believes that a healthy body leads to a happy life. Her dream is to educate her clients about the benefits of healthy living and help them achieve their goals.

Anna O’Neill RMT 


Anna was born and raised in the beautiful fishing village of McGrath's Cove and currently resides in Shad Bay. 

Graduating from ICT Northumberland College in 2017, Anna's philosophy is that "hands can heal", she has a passion for helping others to achieve health and wellness. Anna utilizes deep tissue and myofascial release techniques in combination with Swedish massage to achieve release of chronic muscle pain and stiffness. Anna's massage therapy techniques are effective at releasing tension, but are also relaxing. 

Anna will be working full time at Everything’s Connected starting December 1st with evening and daytime appointments available.
